Ukraine to ATTEMPT ENCIRCLE Kherson. Russia Faces "EXTREMELY QUICK" Decision / 10.24 Russia Ukraine

Russians are still leaving from Kherson. Mainly the collaborators, infiltrators, and other "important people". While regular soldiers, apparently, were given the order to defend the city. But Ukrainians will still push towards Beryslav and Kahovka. And as soon as they can cross Dnipro river, most likely, they will go towards Kherson. Then, Ukraine to attempt encircle Kherson. And because of this, Russia faces "extremely quick" decision to make. Which most likely means, the retreat of forces.
