Evaporator suction line rule of thumb dash temperature output. Bad management employees quitting

This is been another busy week of employees quitting their jobs at shops that I go to.

Three managers this last week at shops getting fed up and finally throwing in the towel.
 A painter and four new body shop employees all that one place all at one time. They’re getting fed up pissed off and quitting. 

My 30 years and my own business on daily basis in different shops all around the bay area this year has been the biggest turnover rate for all shops with employees and managers getting pissed off and even quitting.

Especially if they’re finally realizing the pay they were getting paid in 2019 will not keep them alive in 2022.
If you do not at least get a 24% raise in your pay or salary you’ll be starving for the rest of the year.
Many guys are noticing they no longer have extra leftover expendable cash for buying toys anymore or barely even paying the same amount of bills and food rent and any other payments they may have from 2019 are not making it in 2021 in 2022
