Heavy to Moderate snow during the overnight hours in Casper, WY. According to WYDOT I-25 is now closed from Douglas, WY north to Buffalo, WY. Not many people were on the roads but 2 looked to have been leaving work and scrapped snow off their cars. While another person was driving with only a small area of the back window scrapped and what looked to be 4"+ of snow on the roof of their car. Plows were out downtown clearing the roads.
